Experienced Carpenter – Full-Time Opportunity in Des Moines, IA

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours/Week | Overtime Potential

**Overview:** We’re hiring a skilled **Carpenter** to join our growing team in Des Moines. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want to work on high-impact projects with a company that values reliability and quality, this is your chance to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Perform framing, finish work, drywall, and trim installation across commercial and residential sites

+ Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to execute precise builds

+ Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and other structural components

+ Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness while working efficiently with the crew

+ Communicate with foremen and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

+ Prior carpentry experience (commercial preferred, residential welcomed)

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools; must bring your own tools

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or on a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
