Description:

Business/Data Analysis Responsibilities

+ Ability to drive and influence business conversations. Performing requirements analysis.

+ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

+ Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

+ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

+ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

+ The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

+ Experience working in Agile methodologies. Review, analyze, evaluate business systems and user needs.

+ Good to have oracle or sql server experience.

+ Understand the data model experience is must.

Master Data Management (MDM)

+ Maintain and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, product, location).

+ Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and implement MDM standards, policies, and procedures.

+ Monitor and manage master data lifecycle processes including creation, update, deactivation, and deduplication.

+ Work with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Profisee) to manage data domains effectively.
