    Description

Fluidra is looking for a Account Growth Representative (AGR) to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE The Account Growth Representative (AGR) is a relationship-focused B2B sales role dedicated to cultivating, growing, and retaining business with a portfolio of converted dealers—those already enrolled in our program. The AGR is mainly responsible for driving post-conversion success: increasing product adoption, boosting average purchase volumes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our solutions and services.

This individual will work closely with field sales and internal stakeholders to engage accounts through structured outreach, strengthen dealer loyalty, and ensure each account meets or exceeds defined revenue thresholds. Success in this role means transforming initial program sign-ups into high-value, consistent purchasers while delivering a high level of personalized service and business insight. Additionally, you will:

+ Own and expand a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and maintaining target average sales per account to support long-term client value.

+ Drive strategic account engagement through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and tailored follow-ups—focusing on high-impact partners like Pool Pros.

+ Consistently meet or exceed individual quotas by uncovering growth potential within existing accounts and converting qualified leads into scalable opportunities.

+ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through needs-based outreach via phone, email, and other digital channels to deepen account penetration.

+ Engage with a structured lead pipeline and assigned call lists to connect with key business decision-makers, uncover unmet needs, and cultivate lasting partnerships.

+ Serve as a consultative product expert, guiding customers through our suite of B2B offerings, promotional programs, and business solutions.

+ Monitor market and competitive trends to position products and services effectively and provide value-added insights to clients.

+ Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and track conversions, ensuring high accountability and accurate forecasting.

+ Maintain detailed records of client interactions, performance metrics, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and customer planning.

    WHAT WE SEEK

+ 4+ years of experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or customer facing job.

+ Experience with selling or marketing to customers.

+ Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and active listening skills.

+ Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to thrive with repetition.

+ Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in specified targeted customer companies.

+ Ability to understand service, repair, and renovation company business model and needs.

+ Proficient with CRM software and other sales technology tools.

+ Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Experience troubleshooting and installing swimming pool products is a plus.

+ Technical knowledge of Fluidra products and swimming pool equipment is a plus.

    EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

    WHAT WE OFFER

An exciting opportunity to dive in and begin your career with a company that offers a competitive total rewards package that includes:

+ 2 weeks of paid vacation

+ 9/80 work week schedule (EVERY OTHER FRIDAY OFF!)

    + 11 paid Holidays
