• Senior Scrum Master

    TEKsystems (Orlando, FL)


    THIS ROLE IS HYBRID IN ORLANDO AND CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO CENTRAL FLORIDA.

     

    TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years in Agile/Scrum, 4+ years supporting software delivery & data engineering teams. This role is approximately 60% focused on agile facilitation and coaching, and 40% focused on removing blockers, aligning teams, and refining backlogs.

     

    + 7+ years of Agile / Scrum experience specifically supporting SDLC projects is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams composed of data engineers and software engineers working in a modern AWS serverless data platform environment.

    • Champion Agile best practices – Guide teams in applying Scrum and Kanban principles effectively within a data mesh architecture, fostering self-organization and continuous delivery.

    • Navigate technical complexity – Support teams working across diverse technologies including AWS serverless components, Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud exploration, ensuring alignment and clarity across initiatives.

    • Support data-centric development – Collaborate with teams focused on DBT, Snowflake, and data warehousing to ensure agile practices are tailored to the unique needs of data engineering and analytics workflows.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $74.32 - $87.83/hr.
