Description

This person will be hired to work on a dedicated team for one specific insurance company. They will have calls coming in all day, no set number of calls per day.

This person will be:

+ Gather medical histories

+ Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.

+ NO SELLING in this role

Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 9:00pm (MUST be able to work these hours!)

Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of customer service

High School diploma or GED required

Must be able type 35 WPM

+ Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
