About the role
The Registered (Certified) Medical Assistant-Lead II, under supervision, is responsible for assistance to the medical provider and nursing staff in the delivery of direct patient care. She/he will prepare patient for and assist medical provider with various medical procedures. She/he will perform various duties as needed to run an efficient and professional office practice. She/he may complete/perform office procedures within the scope of the RMA Lead II credentials and will have knowledge relative to the age of the patient they serve.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Current Registered Medical Assistant Certification/CCMA.
+ Has sufficient education to communicate in English, both orally and in writing in a professional manner.
+ Good organizational skills. 5. Experience with reception / office procedures helpful.
+ Basic Life Support Certification within six (6) months of hire.
+ Five years clinic experience (or equivalent direct/indirect experience).
