We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist for one of the top Healthcare companies in Denver!

Description

+ Post payments from bank to patient accounts

+ Apply refunds to accounts through various reports

+ Work through workbasket on claims payment system to apply payments

+ Send emails to members when funds are not pulled and banking information needs to be updated

+ Apply credit refunds

+ Work heavily in Excel

+ Clean up for year end prep - payment application

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

- HS diploma or GED

- 2 years of Accounts Receivable and Billing experience - very strong in payment application

- Excel Proficiency - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas

- Analytics skills and ability to reconcile accounts

- very comfortable with billing systems and collection processes

- EFT banking processes

PREFERRED SKILLS

- associates in business / accounting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
