    Reimbursement Case Manager

    What You’ll Do

    As a Reimbursement Case Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for patients and healthcare providers, helping them understand and access insurance benefits, co-pay assistance, and other support programs. Your day-to-day will include:

     

    + Verifying insurance coverage and benefits across all payer types (private, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD)

    + Supporting prior authorizations, appeals, and reimbursement processes

    + Assisting patients with co-pay and foundation assistance programs

    + Navigating payer challenges and escalating complex cases as needed

    + Maintaining accurate case documentation and ensuring compliance with program policies

    + Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted program representative

    What You Bring

    + Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + (OR)

    + High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience

    + Experience: 2+ years in reimbursement, insurance verification, healthcare billing, or related fields

    + Skills:

    + Insurance verification & benefit investigation

    + Prior authorization & case management

    + Knowledge of Medicare Part D and pharmaceutical insurance

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

    + High ethical standards and attention to detail

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
