Position Summary

The Utility & Facilities Billing Specialist is responsible for managing all third-party utility data and related services across the Property and Aviation Services portfolio. This role ensures accurate billing, account maintenance, and vendor coordination for utilities, waste management, pest control, and EV charging across multiple operating companies.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Maintain and update utility account data, including usage, credentials, and service changes.

+ Set up and decommission utility services for new and closing service centers.

+ Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., BCL, Retail, Customer Accounting) to ensure accurate internal billing and resolve discrepancies.

+ Process and reconcile utility, trash, pest control, and miscellaneous service invoices via credit card and RFP/non-PO methods.

+ Support credit card reconciliation for Facility Managers and union staff, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

+ Conduct invoice research in SAP and assist with PO/IO lookups and vendor invoice issues.

+ Serve as a Work Order System SME: manage task dispatching, service matrix updates, and vendor coordination.

+ Oversee EV charging billing and reconciliation across all OpCos.

+ Provide project support and ad hoc assistance to Senior Financial Analysts.

Minimum Requirements

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.

+ Proficiency in SAP and TRIRIGA systems.

+ Experience with utility billing, vendor coordination, and financial reconciliation.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $22.00 to $31.00 per hour
