    As a Product Manager in Tech Data & Product Learning, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for driving our initiative to reduce risk for our firm and our partners by developing and leading a program for at-risk audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of close partnership and engagement with stakeholders of all levels to drive global projects to success. The role will also require defining the metrics to measure success and customer satisfaction and to follow through from development to maintenance. As a leader, you will identify the needs of these organizations and develop a cohesive plan to educate these audiences and reduce risk for the JPMC by planning and implementing an engaging, thoughtful cybersecurity and risk learning strategy that is both culturally appropriate and diverse in delivery method to support learners.

    Job responsibilities

    + Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to stakeholders

    + Strategize and implement global and targeted thoughtful, cohesive learning & development strategy consisting of multiple delivery methods

    + Establish success metrics and feedback loops, regularly reporting to senior leaders.

    + Lead and collaborate with teams to facilitate proactive and reactive problem-solving and information sharing.

    + Represent the audience by understanding and conveying learning development needs to stakeholders.

    + Create written & verbal communications, training materials, and other methods necessary to help educate our organizations in a timely, efficient manner

    + Complete status dashboard reports and scorecard updates and assisting with communications and presentation materials as needed

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + BS/BA degree or equivalent

    + 5+ years' experience leading large, complex projects and strategies (preferably in learning & development, culture change and/or technology)

    + Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution

    + Skilled in managing and collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders

    + Documented experience developing and implementing successful training programs (cybersecurity awareness and related topics a major plus)

    + Proactive, can-do attitude motivated by doing the right thing and helping reduce risk for our employees, customers, and JPMC

    + Comfortable public speaking and presenting in highly visible forums, meetings, and events

    + Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with and influence

    + stakeholders and partners of all levels

    + Independent thinker, with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
