Position Title Admissions Information Assistant Work Study

Sponsorship Information

Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

How many hours per week are required? 10-12

Description of Primary Duties

Providing additional phone coverage as well as general office duties including data entry and indexing. An attention to detail and accuracy is important You will be trained in the basics of the University’s information system.

Required Qualifications

Previous office experience is helpful, but not required. However, having an attention to detail, accuracy and sensitivity to multiple perspectives and cultures, as well as confidentiality, is a must.
