    Summary:

    As a Global Portal Experience Designer, you will be responsible for crafting and managing the end-to-end experience of users interacting with our global demo portals and sandboxes. As part of our Strategic Solutions Team within the Sales Organization, you will deliver visually engaging, intuitive, and brand-aligned experiences, aiding our sales and solution consulting teams in showcasing product capabilities to prospects and clients. You will design and enhance key product home pages, tailor experiences for specific clients, curate content, manage the demo data, update our demo portals as new features are available, and build interactive assets, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    In this role you will…

    + **Portal & Home Page Design:**

    + Design and develop product home and custom pages for demo environments, aligning with Cornerstone brand guidelines and prospect-specific branding requirements.

    + Create seamless, audience-tailored user experiences in demo and sandbox environments inclusive of all configurable elements within the demo portals.

    + **Portal Demo Data Management:**

    + Maintain and improve key demo portals, ensuring up-to-date, relevant, and impactful content and user flows.

    + Create and manage demo assets such as performance review tasks, succession plans, career sites, and curated training catalogues.

    + Build interactive reporting dashboards, including population of sample data, to allow Solution Consultants to tell a comprehensive story.

    + **Portal Pool Management:**

    + Maintain the health of the demo portal pools, validating their configuration and performing fixes

    + Create processes for release management and adding demo data to keep our demo portals impactful for our sales teams

    + Deploy updates, enhancements, and fixes, and provide technical support as needed

    + **Stakeholder Collaboration:**

    + Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and drive continuous enhancements to portal experiences.

    + Balance and prioritize project-based work with timely support for ad hoc requests from the Solution Consulting team.

    + **Demo Asset Creation:**

    + Assist in the development of additional demo assets and materials as needed for client-facing activities and new solution rollouts.

    + **Quality & Brand Assurance:**

    + Adhere to and evolve design standards to maintain quality, ensure accessibility, and reinforce a unified brand experience across all demo touchpoints.

    You’ve got what it takes if you’ve got…

    + 3+ years of experience in designing digital experiences, preferably in B2B software environments or in support of sales/pre-sales teams.

    + Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS or prototyping tools.

    + Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and experience with content management systems and/or digital sandbox platforms.

    + Demonstrable portfolio of designing brand and user-centric web pages, portals, reporting dashboards, and demo assets.

    + Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    + Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + Knowledge of web accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

    + Strong MS Excel experience, SQL experience preferred, for managing demo data uploads

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    + Project Coordination/Management skills, including usage of Project Management Software (MS Loop, Planner, Asana, Monday.com, etc)

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

    + Experience configuring and administering Cornerstone Products

    + Experience working with Navattic or similar demo capture tools

    + Experience working with global, enterprise-level software products

    + Experience with ServiceNow and ticket management

    + Javascript and working with micro-services/api’s

    + Familiarity with demo or sandbox environments in SaaS or HR technology sectors.
