Process Optimization: Manage the entire marketing planning cycle, including calendar coordination, campaign intake, and cross-functional workflows, to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams.

Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and lead flow, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Financial & Compliance Oversight: Partner with finance and strategy teams to manage marketing budget tracking and reporting, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards in all campaign executions.

Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role preferably in the banking industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to create and interpret dashboards, KPIs, and ROI metrics.

Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Experience working with budgets, resource planning, or campaign tracking systems.

Detail-oriented with a process mindset and ability to spot inefficiencies.
