• Creative Project Specialist

    Orchestrate Creative Vision: Lead the development of diverse creative assets, including presentations, infographics, digital designs, videos, and more.

     

    Drive Agency Partnerships: Act as the central communication hub, liaising with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.

     

    Champion Brand Consistency: Vigilantly uphold and maintain consistent brand principles across all channels, serving as a trusted custodian of our brand identity.

     

    Execute Flawless Projects: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.

     

    Cultivate Collaboration: Serve as a thoughtful source of best practices, fostering collaboration across the team and organization in all aspects of creative delivery.

    Qualifications:

    3-4 years of proven experience in a creative project management role.

     

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

     

    Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment, adapting effectively to change.

     

    An organizational mindset, enabling you to effectively juggle multiple projects and understand intricate details.

     

    Thorough understanding of the project lifecycle from intake to release, with an open-minded approach to continuous process improvements.

     

    Experience within the Marine and Oil & Gas industry is nice to have but not required.
