You’ll own the end-to-end performance of the eCommerce business, driving results across all aspects of the customer journey—including site experience, content, merchandising, customer service, and operations. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with teams in finance, marketing, creative, design, and external partners to deliver a seamless and impactful digital experience.

Lead the eCommerce team in achieving performance targets and executing key strategic initiatives to support the overall P&L and long-term growth objectives.

Oversee commercial planning and flawless execution of major sales events, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and on-the-ground execution.

Manage all digital marketing communications, including email, mobile, and other digital channels, to meet revenue and margin goals.

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with teams such as Marketing and Creative to support acquisition and retention efforts.

Guide retention strategies across email, media, SMS, and on-site experiences in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Actively participate in planning and milestone meetings to ensure eCommerce strategies are aligned with financial, merchandising, and product assortment objectives.

Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Marketing, focusing on website experience and performance marketing alignment.

Champion an optimized customer journey, ensuring the digital experience reflects brand storytelling while meeting commercial targets.

Lead relationships with developers, technology partners, and external agencies to continuously improve the digital platform and customer experience.

Facilitate weekly eCommerce business reviews, driving insights into actionable plans and follow-through with the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading an eCommerce business, with full P&L responsibility and a track record of team leadership and delivering site performance.

Hands-on familiarity with Shopify and related technology platforms, including ESPs, product recommendation engines, and search tools.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic business decisions.

Exceptional communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing across all levels of an organization.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a team-first mentality.

Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and act on complex challenges and opportunities.

Skilled in driving alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders and teams.
