Summary

The Innvictis Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the operational management of activities related to the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing communications for the Innvictis branded product portfolio. This role will contribute to the overall Innvictis marketing strategy through the execution of the marketing plan by means of various promotional, digital, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has agricultural background and experience within the industry. The Marketing Communications Manager will work in conjunction with Innvictis Product Managers and Design teams to prioritize key projects and execution of annual marketing plan

Key Responsibilities

+ Support National and Regional Product Managers with execution of the current year marketing plan.

+ Aid in tactic development and execution with respect to the overall objectives and priorities of the marketing plan.

+ Execute marketing communication strategy across content marketing, digital, advertising, and brand enhancement activities.

+ Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring prioritization, and timely deliverables.

+ Implement marketing strategies such as search engine optimization, paid media, website experience, and print.

+ Implement Social Media strategy based on key product promotions, optimal timing, and drive follower growth through enhanced viewer experience.

+ Track and provides updates to Product Managers on campaign metrics, budget tracking, and overall effectiveness of key tactics.

+ Collaborate with I.T. for management of Innvictis website and landing pages, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and in accordance with brand standards.

+ Maintain relationship with agencies and vendor partners on advertising campaigns, tactic deployment and fulfillment.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university

Relevant Experience

5+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

Knowledge of agricultural industry with expertise in communications and project management.

Skills & Abilities:

+ Ability to manage key projects independently, develop creative solutions to problems, and translate thoughts into tangible marketing assets.

+ Able to work through and with others to accomplish goals and objectives. Successful candidate will possess highly proficient communication skills, be detail oriented, and highly organized.

+ Ability to balance long-term and short-term projects and objectives is crucial to success in this role. Computer skills including Microsoft applications, Adobe, Google Analytics, and project management platforms. Bonus attributes include graphic design, videography, and audio/video editing experience.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
