We are seeking  **Specimen** **Receipt** **and** **Processing** **Associate**  to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at **Valencia, CA** .

Shift:** **Tuesday - Saturday** **8am-4:30pm

Join our laboratory operations team to support the accurate receipt and processing of clinical specimens. You'll play a vital role in ensuring quality control and smooth logistics within a regulated environment.

What** **you’ll** **be** **doing:

+ Assist with receiving consignments and clinical specimen shipments

+ Perform shipment opening and patient info form quality checks; escalate issues as needed

+ Conduct secondary checks of kit materials and manage proper disposal or recycling

+ Help maintain equipment, inventory supplies, and organize workstation per SOPs

+ Respond to after-hour alarms and job-critical tasks

+ Support compound and control material receipt as needed

+ Perform administrative duties and contribute to a clean and safe work environment

+ Work in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines

What** **We** **Are** **Looking** **For:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow workflow procedures

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills in lab settings

+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The** **Knowledge,** **Skills** **and** **Abilities** **needed** **for** **this** **role:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures

+ Attention to detail in quality checks and specimen handling

+ Familiarity with safety protocols and administrative documentation

+ Capability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $24,400.00 - $61,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
