The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to accelerate growth and optimize go-to-market strategy by analyzing commercial initiatives, developing pricing models, and driving AI integration. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in pricing, business analytics, or go-to-market strategy within a SaaS environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems through data-driven insights. Senior Monetization Strategy Manager Responsibilities: * Analyze and track the performance of commercial model initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategy, prioritization, and execution. * Build and maintain analytical models to support and refine global pricing strategies. * Identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and insights. * Collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams. * Develop governance frameworks and operational processes to improve decision quality, escalation workflows, sales velocity, and customer outcomes. * Support the design and assessment of new commercial offers and pricing structures. * Present complex data and insights in a clear, simplified format to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. * Help drive strategic initiatives that align with broader business goals and customer needs. Senior Monetization Strategy Manager Qualifications: * 4-6 years of experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or Go-To-Market Strategy at a SaaS company or similar experience in an analytical role. * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to solve problems using data-driven approaches * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance * Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly * Ability to develop and maintain financial or analytical models * Experience engaging with senior leaders and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives * Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and developing creative solutions * Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and guide teams in incorporating them into workflows * Understanding of how predictive insights can be used to drive business outcomes and customer behavior * Tableau experience is a plus * Advertising tech industry experience is a plus, especially in online advertising or auction-based platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). #PP
