    What You’ll Do

     

    As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily field operations and support the success of our hauling division. You will:

     

    + Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection.

    + Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing as needed.

    + Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

    + Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence.

    + Lead performance reviews and support employee development.

    + Develop short- and long-term operational goals.

    + Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

    + Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics.

    + Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities.

    + Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.

    + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
