    + Monday–Friday : 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

    + BLS

    + Board Certification (ABFM)

    + CA Dispensing License

    + CA State Medical License

    ExperienceRequired:

    + Minimum 2 years in Primary Care

    Travel& Lodging:

    + Mileage and lodging reimbursed (pass-through)

     

    Inaddition to primary care, the provider will support Employee Health Services,including:

    + Conducting pre-employment physicals and annual health assessments

    + Administering and interpreting TB tests, vaccinations, and immunization reviews

    + Managing work-related injuries and coordinating return-to-work evaluations

    + Performing fit-for-duty assessments and occupational health screenings

    + Monitoring and documenting exposure incidents (e.g., needlesticks, infectious disease)

    + Collaborating with HR and Safety teams on health and wellness initiatives

    + Ensuring compliance with OSHA, CDC, and state health regulations

    + Maintaining accurate and confidential employee health records in the EMR system
