As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are expanding our Leawood, KS-based team and need a tech-savvy, customer-focused, and efficient Technical Customer Care Representative to keep Sunlighten on this incredible trajectory.

     

    Sunlighten is on the lookout for a few Technical Customer Care Representatives who are eager to join a successful and growing Customer Care team. In this role, you will answer and respond to phone calls from Sunlighten customers regarding any questions about their sauna, diagnose issues, and find solutions. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and online chat concerning orders and product returns. You will also walk customers through the installation and assembly of their sauna and sauna product components. After becoming an expert on Sunlighten saunas, you will use your in-depth knowledge to provide effective customer service to all customers!

    We have two additional training classes scheduled this year, kicking off on September 2nd and September 22nd, 2025

     

    We're mainly hiring for our Monday–Friday shift, but we do have a few spots available on our Tuesday–Saturday team as well!

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests, assist customers with technical troubleshooting of products, and strive for one-point call resolution.

    + Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.

    + Provide timely feedback to Customer Care leadership regarding service failures or customer concerns.

    + Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations.

    + Use CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    + 1+ year of experience in a technical troubleshooting role, such as Help Desk, website support, digital/wireless devices, and/or apps.

    + 1+ year of experience working with systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, NetSuite and/or Salesforce

    + Associate's Degree

    + High school diploma + relevant work experience will be considered

    + Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Leawood, KS area daily

    + Strong time management skills

    + Ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously

    + Strong technical abilities and problem-solving skills

    + Strong communication skills

    + Strong customer service skills

     

    Benefits

    Compensation:

    This is a full-time, hourly role and our compensation ranges from $17-19/HR, depending on shift and experience.
