    Description and Requirements

    Job Responsibilities：

    + Responsible for the deployment and initial configuration of data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and SAN switches (main hardware brands: Lenovo, NetApp, IBM, Brocade).

    + Perform firmware and firmware upgrades for hardware devices.

    + Conduct routine administration and inspection of hardware equipment.

    + Handle hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repair requests.

    + Manage the hardware lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and retirement.

    Basic Qualifications：

    + 5 plus years of experience in server and storage operation and maintenance; familiar with hardware maintenance skills for mainstream brands such as Lenovo, NetApp, and IBM.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proficient in server hardware architecture (e.g., CPU, memory, RAID cards) and troubleshooting methods.

    + Solid understanding of SAN/NAS technologies (including FC and iSCSI protocols), multipath configuration, and storage virtualization.

    + Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
