3rd Shift Production Supervisor
**Location:** On-site | Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Salary:** $75,000 – $86,000 (based on experience)
**Bilingual required** (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer in a regulated industry, is seeking a hands-on **3rd Shift Supervisor** to lead overnight operations. You’ll be the highest-ranking team member on shift, overseeing approximately 35 employees. This is a key leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and coordinate all shift activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
+ Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support onboarding/training of new employees
+ Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and ensure safe operation of production equipment
+ Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems, including labor tracking, materials, and inventory
+ Promote continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
+ 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a regulated industry (medical, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment
+ ERP system experience highly preferred
+ High school diploma required; technical or business training a plus
