Position Summary
The Senior Product Owner will join the QA Team within the IT Corporate Functions organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide and deliver a product roadmap that sustains, optimizes, and scales QA capabilities for the Corporate Functions supported business segments. The QA Product Owner plays an integral role in fostering collaboration across product and platform teams, solution architecture, technical experts, business partners, and vendors to deliver both quality and value iteratively, meeting business needs and achieving strategic, measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evolve the QA product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
+ Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives to address and resolve issues that arise during product development and testing.
+ Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Research and Development, User Experience (UX), to align product strategies, gather insights, plan releases, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across the QA team and cross-functional partners.
+ Identify and address product-related issues through informed decision-making and trade-off analysis, while ensuring QA activities remain aligned with deliverable commitments and compliant with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.
+ Prioritizes short-term feature backlog and releases, as well as the long-term product roadmap for products , ensuring clear communication of requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables to development and QA teams .
+ Conducts customer research, product discovery and synthesizes market factors into a cohesive product strategy.
+ Collaborate with customers to understand challenges & opportunities. Drives conversations to better understand customers’ needs and serves as a customer advocate.
+ Collects quantitative data to evaluate the viability of product initiatives and provide leadership with progress updates, risk assessments, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Writes epics and stories to support completion of initiatives; ensures stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product; promotes Agile approaches to product development across teams/areas.
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience required.
+ Product Owner certification preferred.
+ Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams through digital innovation is required.
+ Experience with Testing Automation and the QA Engineering discipline preferred.

+ Industry Product Knowledge - Industry product knowledge refers to a comprehensive understanding of the products and services within a particular industry. It encompasses familiarity with the features, functionalities, applications, and specifications of the products offered by companies operating in that industry. Industry product knowledge is crucial for professionals working in sales, marketing, customer service, product development, and various other roles within a company. It enables individuals to effectively communicate the value propositions of products, address customer inquiries, identify market trends, make informed business decisions, and contribute to the development and improvement of products and services within the industry. This knowledge often requires staying updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and market dynamics within the specific industry domain.
+ Product Development - The creation, innovation, enhancement, or improvement of an existing product, or developing an entirely new kind of product to satisfy the requirements of its end users.
+ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - The handling of a good as it moves through the typical stages of its product life: development and introduction, growth, maturity/stability, and decline.
+ User Experience (UX) - User Experience (UX) refers to the overall experience that a person has when interacting with a product, service, or system, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use.
