We are looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience and a strong Cloud Network Engineering background to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. The candidate must function as an Expert level Cloud Network Engineer with experience managing Azure and M365 environments. This program is responsible for delivering and maintaining a full enterprise platform with enterprise services for end users that will eventually replace the entire Enterprise suite of services that exist today for the customer.
+ -EndFragment -> **Design and implement Azure networking solutions** including virtual networks, subnets, peering, and routing strategies.
+ **Manage hybrid connectivity** such as VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, and on-premises integration.
+ **Optimize performance and resiliency** of cloud-based networks through load balancing, traffic routing, and redundancy planning.
+ **Secure network infrastructure** using firewalls, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure DDoS Protection, and private endpoints.
+ **Monitor and troubleshoot network issues** using tools like Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and diagnostic logs.
+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** including cloud architects, security engineers, and DevOps to align network strategies with business goals.
+ **Implement application delivery services** such as Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, and Traffic Manager.
+ **Document network architectures and procedures** for operational continuity and compliance.
+ **Stay current with Azure networking advancements** and continuously improve infrastructure based on best practices.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are looking for a systems engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Azure environments.
+ Strong technical skills in Azure, including:
+ Azure Storage
+ Azure Networking
+ Networking Security Groups
+ Azure Firewall
+ Azure Monitor
+ Load Balancers
+ Azure VPN Gateway
+ Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure
+ Certifications in Azure, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Azure Network Engineer Associate
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience with DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps and Git.
+ Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
+ Experience with Azure and M365 migration and deployment projects.
+ Certifications in cloud security, such as CompTIA Security
+ Experience with Sysinternals Tool Suite
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
