What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

+ Engage in planning and coordination activities to facilitate repairs and maintenance in both plant and office facilities, as well as machines and equipment.

+ Support routine, periodic, or special inspections to identify necessary repair and maintenance work, ensuring the prevention of breakdowns.

+ Contribute to project tasks by developing detailed resource plans for production area shutdowns and regular maintenance work.

+ Collaborate with teams to ensure the identification, acquisition, and kitting of parts, and the collection of tools, documentation, and procedures for work activities.

+ Create detailed schedules for upcoming work associated with future shutdowns or maintenance, aligning them with the operations schedule to minimize equipment downtime.

+ Work with requestors and peers to develop appropriate scopes for corrective maintenance job plans and efficient work execution.

+ Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Maintenance Supervisors to assign specific durations to planned and forecasted preventive maintenance.

+ Assist craftsman and support teams in determining if scope changes can be completed without disrupting the schedule.

+ Lead shutdown preparation and progress meetings with Maintenance, Project Engineering, and Operations teams.

+ Issue informational and effectiveness reports based on team and business unit work, ensuring continuous improvement and effective communication across all departments.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

+ Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience

+ Proficient computer skills in MS Project, CMMS, Excel, and other relevant software

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings effectively

+ Experience in planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activities

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

+ Experience with querying and transforming data

+ Experience and understanding of industry equipment and technology principles, theories, and practices

+ Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement change implementation

+ Familiarity with planning and execution of maintenance tasks and activities

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66 500,00 to $110 900,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7,5% of the base salary.
