    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Table Games Shift Manager 2 must promote and provide excellent service and experiences for both guests and associates and is responsible for the guidance and management of table games and poker room operations on an assigned shift. The Table Games Shift Manger 2 enforces CNO gaming policies, procedures and internal controls while ensuring that all systems of the department promote efficiency and profitability. You will report to the Director of Table Games.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. You will follow the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements

    2. Oversee all Table Game associates on shift to include scheduling, promoting teamwork and inclusiveness, conducting performance management with staff (reviews, address sub-standard performance), training, auditing/inspecting work of your team to ensure standards are met.

    3. Ensure staffing of tables and adjust to accommodate our needs.

    4. Prepare daily reports on shift activity.

    5. You will oversee marker/credit issuance and redemptions.

    6. Review financial data with Table Games Director to determine strategies involving Table Games.

    7. Adequately maintain/monitor control logs of secured assets for any violations or compromises.

    8. Remain current on all equipment to insure optimum functionality.

    9. Constantly alert for suspicious activity; maintain security/procedures according to rules; immediately investigate and identify potential security risks.

    10. Develop, plan, complete casino promotions.

    11. Develop procedures for responsibilities. Implement corrective/preventative actions.

    12. Resolve problems on the floor quickly and discretely.

    13. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    * Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.

    * Set the standard for performance and customer service.

    * Must be knowledgeable in the games they oversee and know the requirements of the positions (dealers, floormen).

    * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    * Knowledge of high-volume cash handling policies. This includes security, verification, and accuracy.

    * Prior dealer experience
