Position Specific Description
Employees in this role are responsible for coordinating and administering the non-cash deposit functions to minimize exposure to write-offs. Employees in this position are also required to have an understanding of the bankruptcy process, so they are responsible for executing policies and procedures and initiating the appropriate action for accounts impacted by bankruptcy filings.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Provides analytical support for internal customers in the Customer Service business unit pertaining to deposits
+ Conducts deposit research according to external customer requests
+ Coordinates communications between customers, banks and insurance companies on surety bond or letter of credit documentation and requirements
+ Evaluates surety bonds and letters of credit received for processing via the non-cash deposit portal, received by mail and/or by email and responsible for accurately billing deposits
+ Assess Weiss Ratings for surety companies and banks to ensure sound financial health prior to processing surety bonds and letter of credits
+ Review non-cash deposit audits to ensure there are no changes that could expose the organization to additional write-off risks
+ Review and process Guarantor / Guaranty Agreements and Military Deposit Waivers for active duty servicemembers
+ Conducts annual reviews for customers on special deposit group arrangements (i.e., Property Managers, Advance Agreements)
+ Provides analytical support pertaining to bankruptcy cases and balances the interest of the customer and risk of the company, while complying with bankruptcy laws
+ Monitor bankruptcy cases identified by outside credit collection agencies
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
+ High School Grad / GED
+ Associate's or Equivalent Experience
+ Experience: 3+ years
