    The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has an opening for a Substitute Elementary Teacher. The successful candidate will need to:

    + Demonstrate strong skills and knowledge in ELA, literacy, and mathematics;

    + Demonstrate an understanding of differentiated and blended learning;

    Job Qualifications

    + + Completion of a NYS Registered Program – Childhood Education (Grades K-6)

    + Institutional Recommendation – Childhood Education (Grades K-6)

    + New York State Teacher Certification Exam – Educating All Students Test (EAS)

    + Content Specialty Test (CST) – Multi-Subject: Teachers of Childhood (Grade 1-Grade 6)

    + edTPA – Elementary Education or other NYSED Approved Certified Pathway

    + Workshop – Dignity For All Students Act

    + Fingerprint Clearance
