ACAS System Administrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

Your combination of people skills and system administrator expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. We're looking for a system administrator to help us use Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to remediate system vulnerabilities.

As a system administrator on our project, you'll scan, identify, and remediate vulnerabilities using ACAS in accordance with Government compliance and cybersecurity guidelines. You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. You'll troubleshoot and resolve problems on endpoints and servers, as well as c ond uct compliance scans with ACAS to identify security issues and patch compliance.

Your system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.

You Have:

+ Experience with STIG protocols and ensuring STIG Compliance

+ Knowledge of ACAS

+ Ability to use ACAS in accordance with Government compliance and cybersecurity guidelines, including scanning, identifying, and remediating vulnerabilities

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems on endpoints and servers as well as c ond uct compliance scans with ACAS to identify security issues and patch compliance

+ Ability to integrate and test new and custom signatures on servers and workstations across the enterprise

+ TS / SCI clearance

+ HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience in Systems Administration, or Bachelor's degree in STEM field and 8+ years of experience in Systems Administration

+ IAT Level II Compliant Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
