    Join Northway Academy in Elk River as a **Behavior Technician** , where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!

    **What We’re Looking For** _(Must meet_ **_one_** _of the following)_ :

    + **Enrolled in or completed a B** **achelor’s OR Master's degree** in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, child development, social work, education, etc.)

    + **Associate’s degree obtained** in a related field **+ 2,000 hours** of supervised experience (e.g. DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)

    + **High school diploma (or GED)** **+ 4,000 hours** of supervised experience

    + **Fluent in a non-English language** or **certified by a tribal nation**
