Compensation Highlights

+ $27 per hour

+ $200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt

+ $300 bonus when you start production

+ Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)

+ Note: Referrer and referral must both be active at time of payout; see recruiter for eligibility details

Hybrid Flexibility

Responsibilities

Program Schedule

+ **Full-time Training Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM HST

+ **First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off**

+ **Location:** 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707

+ Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between **9:00 AM–9:00 PM HST** after training

What You’ll Learn and Do

+ Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care

+ Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk

+ Learn to navigate systems, handle calls with confidence, and build trusted relationships with members

+ Receive expert coaching, performance feedback, and growth mentorship along the way

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong communication and computer skills

+ Coachability, curiosity, and commitment to personal growth

+ Ability to pass the Hawaii state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!)

+ Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work, team events, and meetings
