    Job Summary:

    The Market Refresh Manager will ensure that the region exceeds the # of refresh goals set by the division and Monitor the SSS increase results of the refreshed implemented. The expectation is to see an 8-10% sales lift after a refresh. You’ll play an important role in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all retail locations within your assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, strong people skills, knowledge of merchandising, marketing, and be able to motivate and lead.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This role works with the drivers, warehouse, and customer service manager at the location where a refresh is being completed

    Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

    • Onsite frequently, building strong client relationships & keeping retail locations upheld to company standards• Work closely with clients to understand client needs & partner with operations for support • Working with location CSM’s to schedule and do the refresh and also communicating changes to the driver.• Keeping track of the refreshes and reporting them according to the refresh toolkit and guidelines• Identify locations that have a decline in same store sales, that would be candidates for a market refresh; that could include updating product mix, branding, equipment & technology• Collaborate on merchandising, marketing & customized solutions to enhance customer experience, revitalize retail presence, & retain individual client satisfaction• Oversee the execution of corporate & regional retail strategies• Heavy communication, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget & meet predefined objectives• Knowledge of systems, equipment & point of sale technology, able to troubleshoot onsite as needed• Knowledge of products, planograms & client preferences• Knowledge of local/national account restrictions• Assist with pricing & price audits in onemarket • Ability to pull reporting to be used in client facing presentations or to leadership • Coordinate and organize resources in efficient and effective ways to accomplish larger strategies and goals• Ensure all retail locations follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, legal and safety standards, and health & safety legislation• Individual will notify a member of Senior Management of any information that would be beneficial in account retention or jeopardize the business.• Other duties may be assigned.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Must be highly organized, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to change and thrive in a dynamic environment, maintain and positive and patient attitude.

    + Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Assertive, yet capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.

    + High attention to detail and exceptional work quality.

    + Project Management experience is a plus.

    + Retail Management, merchandising experience is a plus.

    + Warehouse/ Purchasing experience a plus.

    + Travel throughout region is estimated at 80%
