    Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

    Job Summary

    Working as the Executive Chef at The Crossvines, you will oversee all culinary operations for our dynamic dining program. This includes leading a talented kitchen team, developing seasonal menus, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation. You’ll manage all back-of-house functions, from cost controls and inventory, all while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and inspire a team of associates, creating a positive, growth-oriented kitchen culture.

    + Plan and create seasonal, innovative menus.

    + Manage cost controls, inventory, and purchasing to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability.

    + Roll out new culinary programs and initiatives in conjunction with marketing and culinary leadership teams.

    + Partner with event and FOH teams to deliver exceptional food and service.

    + Oversee all kitchen sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local and company guidelines.

    + Ensure every dish meets culinary standards and guest expectations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Culinary degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

    + 3–5 years of progressive culinary management experience, including leadership roles.

    + High-volume restaurant experience required.

    + Proven track record in cost control and budget management.

    + Passion for locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and innovative menu development.

    + Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a top-notch foodservice company.

    + ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
