About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Director of Business Systems Analysis to lead a global team of approximately 40 professionals. This team plays a vital role in delivering complex system and service projects across multiple regions.
In this role, you’ll guide the evolution of our business analysis function—modernizing how we work, improving delivery outcomes, and helping us scale with agility. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to align our solutions with business goals and ensure we’re delivering measurable value.
What You’ll Do
As a key leader at Brightstar, you will:
+ Lead and grow a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysis Managers, Project Requirements Leads, and Analysts. We support our people through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.

+ Measure what matters. We track key performance indicators to understand our impact, improve continuously, and share progress with executive leadership.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
+ Significant experience in business systems analysis, product delivery, or related roles, ideally in lottery, gaming, or technology.
+ Proven success leading large, distributed teams and managing complex, multi-region initiatives.
Skills & Strengths:
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Skilled in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment.
+ Experience with tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $96,632 - $250,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
