What You’ll Do:
+ Lead and manage a 24/7/365 multi-site physical security program, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
+ Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management aligned with client and business objectives.
+ Direct workforce operations—scheduling, training, emergency response, and on-call support—to maintain seamless coverage and operational continuity.
+ Provide hands-on leadership, filling operational gaps when needed and ensuring performance under pressure.
+ Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive program success and resolve challenges.
+ Mentor and develop site leads and program staff, supporting succession planning and long-term talent readiness.
+ Deliver executive-level briefings with performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

+ Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 7 years of experience managing physical security operations, including multi-site, 24/7/365 programs.
+ Proven program management skills with expertise in performance metrics, risk mitigation, staffing strategies, and financial oversight.
+ Strong knowledge of federal security compliance standards (e.g., NISPOM, ICD 705).
+ Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams and managing classified or high-security environments.
+ Effective communicator with experience briefing senior leadership and managing client and stakeholder relationships.
+ Skilled in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and use of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Shifts or similar platforms.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven performance reporting.
+ Passionate about building high-performing teams and scaling mission-driven security service
