Job Summary
Supports Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Indo-Pacific Department, Code H, Pearl City, Hawaii with the receipt and placement of incoming equipment and material, the organization and accountable storage of equipment and material and preparation and shipment of out-going equipment and material.
Telework is supported. Travel is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinates and performs audits and physical inventory of property. Analyzes data and support preparation of exhibits for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Supports and collaborates with the Personal Property Accountability Program within NIWC Pacific. Implements command specific policy for APO support. Supports functional responsibility and oversight for management of activity assets with the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR). Properly and uniquely identify and mark property received and issued, as appropriate. Ensures changes to the property records for all transactions are generated as required (e.g. loan, loss, damage, disposal, inventory adjustments, item modification, transfer, sale) and are properly posted. Supports local practices to ensure accountability is maintained and practices Life-Cycle Asset Management. Issues custody documents for all property assigned to an individual or organization for use off base. Maintains proper management and accountability of property upon receipt, delivery, or acceptance. Collects and loads receiving documents in N-ERP. Supports disposal of equipment to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). Complete required tasks such as; completing documents and forms, removal of hard drives and batteries, create and submit Electronic Turn-In Documents (ETID), schedule DLA turn-in appointments, coordinate staging of equipment at NIWC warehouse, transport/drop-off equipment at DLA/DRMO as required, create HUB entries as required.

Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least three (3) years of experience. Must have experience in Asset Management.
