    Sodexo is seeking a **Food Service Manager 2** for **Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation** located in **Plymouth, MN** .

    What You'll Do

    + oversee food production for café

    + handle food ordering and inventory

    + basic culinary knowledge

    + perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature and tray accuracy

    + achieve company and client financial targets and goals

    + perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

    + have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement and leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively

    + have a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance

    + have high volume food service experience

    + can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and have a passion for a high level of customer service
