**PDS Tech Commercial** , a **Military Friendly® Employer** , is seeking a highly skilled **Manufacturing Engineer** to support aftermarket operations in Rocky Mount, NC. About the Role

As a **Manufacturing Engineer** , you will play a critical role in supporting repair and overhaul operations—not design. You’ll work closely with technicians on the shop floor, develop repair instructions, create tooling, and improve process efficiency to ensure high-quality, timely service for aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and test mechanical components and tooling for repair operations.

+ Support technicians with real-time troubleshooting and process guidance.

+ Create and revise repair instructions, documentation, and work scopes.

+ Improve process efficiency and reduce turnaround time for repairs.

+ Apply engineering principles to support the fabrication, installation, and repair of mechanical systems.

+ Interpret and update technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, repair, or overhaul.

+ Proficiency in 3D modeling software (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.

Preferred:

+ Experience with VBA, test software, Jira, Smartsheets, or SAP.

+ Lean Six Sigma certification or Agile/Scrum experience.

+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $38.00 to $47.00 per hour
