**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **HVAC Service Technicians** with specialized knowledge of **Direct Digital Control Building Automation Systems (DDC BAS)** to join our team in a hybrid role in the **Greensboro, NC area** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair DDC BAS systems, pneumatic/electropneumatic systems, and HVAC equipment

+ Perform diagnostics on HVAC components and control systems; recommend and perform repairs

+ Operate and maintain central HVAC equipment including pumps, chillers (centrifugal, vapor compression), condensers, boilers, and AHUs

+ Execute preventative maintenance and respond to emergency call-backs and adverse weather situations

+ Replace and fabricate parts as needed; coordinate tasks with other trades

+ Install and upgrade heating and air conditioning systems

+ Maintain and repair related mechanical and electrical components such as:

+ Electric/pneumatic valves, VAV boxes, motors, sensors, amplifiers, humidistats, thermostats, etc.

+ Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log work orders and interpret system data

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong **hands-on experience with DDC BAS systems**

+ Knowledge of CMMS software; ability to interpret data from computer displays or communicated issues

+ Experience with electronic and pneumatic HVAC controls and mechanical systems

+ Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies/on-call duties

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC, building automation, or related field

+ 6+ years of progressive HVAC experience in industrial/commercial environments

+ Proficiency in PC operations and automated control systems

+ Knowledge of power distribution, steam systems, and air compressors
