A DAY IN THE LIFE

+ Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones with ease

+ Managing event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution

+ Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO’s employer brand

+ Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date

+ Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines

+ Sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channels

+ Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters

+ Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups

+ Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

+ Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field

+ Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development

+ Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail

+ Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus

+ Ability to work on-site in either Atlanta or Philadelphia
