Shop Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Status: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Full-Time Production Shop Technician for a countertop and cabinet manufacturer in Dubuque, Iowa.

Skills/Experience:

+ Proficient in hand and power tools, CNC routers, and industrial equipment.

+ Valid Driver’s License with a clear record.

+ Woodworking and laminate experience preferred.

+ Attention to detail and pride in work.

+ Responsible self-starter eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

+ Work with countertop materials (laminate, solid surface, granite).

+ Operate tools and equipment in the production shop.

+ Safely load and drive the company truck for deliveries and pickups.

+ Collaborate with the Production Manager and VP.

Qualifications:

+ Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.

+ Hourly Pay: $20-$22 BOE.
