    The Opportunity:

    CACI is seeking a Material Handler. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team, responsible for supporting daily Supply Chain functions. This position is located on-site at our Melbourne, Florida office.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supports and assists activities within multiple warehouse and inventory control disciplines across the Supply Chain and Production processes

    + Primarily responsible for the manual movement, monitoring, and issuing of materials through picking / pulling items to fill pick lists and support Manufacturing Orders released by Production / Material Planners

    + Additionally responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management, and records maintenance of material items

    + Perform required cycle counts of material and maintains records as required to monitor and support inventory accuracy

    + Read and follow work orders and verbal instructions to ascertain material items to be moved

    + Load, unload, and move materials within or near warehouse, stockroom, storage facility, or manufacturing floor

    + Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand

    + Provide materials to and from inventory locati on or worksites to designated areas to include the manufacturing fl oor byuse of hand truck, electric dolly, Forklift , or other tool

    + Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system

    + Support / complete monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory audits

    + Able to lift 50 pounds, use rolling ladder going up to 12 feet, and reach for items on shelves

    + Able to spend considerable time standing, bending, and walking to and from the warehouse and other areas / buildings

    + Ability to prioritize and multi-task daily workload

    + Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + US citizenship due to contract requirements and nature of the work

    + Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to the nature of the work and contract requirements

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing process

    + Valid Driver’s License required

    _Desired:_

    + Forklift /reach truck experience

    + 5 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing process for a defense contractor

    + Active SECRET security clearance

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Experience using Costpoint

    + Class A CDL

    + Ability to prioritize and multi task daily work

    + Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $39,400 - $68,200
