Job Summary

You will report to the Manager Supply Chain Capabilities. You will lead the implementation of Supply Chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) operational and strategic initiatives across the Enterprise. Drive improvements in Processes, Data Management, Technology and Reporting in NFG areas. Provide training and super-user/end-user support. Support data management and analytics. Create planning design blueprint and documentation. Manage communication strategies for business processes and tools changes. Support business integration activities for Supply Chain functions.

Position Responsibilities

+ Conduct end-user training and support role transitions by providing flexible training solutions.

+ Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in systems and reports. Maintain process for prioritizing, developing, standardizing and deploying process and tool enhancements.

+ Streamline and execute master data processing to ensure accurate data flows.

+ Document business processes to ensure continuity and standardization.

+ Assist in development and measurement of key volume metrics. Support improvement and efficiency of KPI reporting processes for assigned businesses.

+ Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to develop solutions and enhancements.

+ Support Business Integration and Network Optimization initiatives by representing supply/demand/inventory data and process requirements.

+ Organize and foster super-user network to ensure process knowledge depth and continuity.

+ Help coach planners to understand their role in data management and the impacts of master data issues.

Position Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required, in Supply Chain, Business, or Technology related field.

+ 5+ year's previous Supply Chain, IT, or other business experience.

+ Applicants with highly technical education and experience should have previous supply chain application and process-related experience.

+ Engage across both technical and business teams at all organizational levels.

+ Experience creating documentation and delivering presentations.

+ Experience and expertise in MRP processes, cross-functional interactions and tools.

+ Understanding of Supply Chain planning and transaction systems and information flow (Enterprise/ERP, Demand Planning, Production Planning and Deployment, Inventory Management, MRP and WMS). SAP MRP experience.

+ Experience in document management (i.e., training repositories; SharePoint site management).

+ Good project management skills and process mapping experience.

+ Training experience and/or organization design knowledge.

+ Very strong analytical skills a must. Superior Excel skills required.

+ Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and independently; flexibility to handle daily fluctuations in workload and changing priorities.

+ Ability to travel between 5-15%

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $81,000.00 - $95,000.00

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
