Physician Services is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of work papers and analyses to report practice operations, review performance benchmarks and assist in business forecasting.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Physician Compensation team for the Physician Services Group (PSG). As a Financial Analyst you will calculate physician compensation and prepare documentation to support the calculations, assist with preparation of other provider payments and assist with reporting and other documentation.

What you will do in this role:

+ **You will ensure production data is appropriately populated into physician compensation calculations**

+ **Conduct contract inventory review**

+ **Upload documentation and enter data in physician compensation system for review by Senior Financial Analysts and Managers**

+ **You will be the point of contact for divisions assigned to you and will be responsible for answering any questions from our field finance and accounting teams**

+ **You will review and approve new physician employment agreements**

+ **You will ensure provider’s excess compensation calculations are being done correctly and meet our contractual obligations for timely payment**

What qualifications you will need:

+ **Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting, Finance or other Business-related field required**

+ **An equivalent in demonstrated job experience may be considered with comprehensive references**

+ **1+ years of experience preferred**

+ **Healthcare experience preferred**
