    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Under the direct supervision of the Senior Executive Assistant/Division Office Manager, this position provides administrative support to the Division Office Manager. The primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, managing visitors and deliveries, and managing the functions of the front desk.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries.

    • Respond and direct as needed.

    • Coordinate guest and visitor screening with Building Security.

    • Validate parking tickets utilizing an online system.

    • Maintain Division phone lists and upload to document repositories such as SharePoint or OneDrive.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • High school diploma required; some college preferred.

    • Minimum three years relevant experience in an office environment
