    The **Clinical Implementation Consultant** plays an important part in the rollout and implementation of our applications at our customer’s sites. In this crucial role you will be a key representative of the company to ensure the guidance provided and tasks required for a successful implementation are completed as smoothly as possible for each of our customers.

     

    You will set expectations with the customer up front regarding what it takes to keep implementations on track in the agreed upon timeline, both from the Mobile Heartbeat team and the customer’s team. You will work very closely with the assigned project manager to ensure the customer’s needs are met, any risks are identified and flagged early and support the rollout from beginning to end.

     

    To be successful in this role you will need to be a focused individual with great attention to detail, organizational skills, and exceptional communication.

     

    The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting in front of a large audience and have the ability to build relationships with frontline clinical and technical staff.

     

    The Clinical Implementation Consultant will report to the Manager of Implementation and Delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Subject matter expert on product/platform offerings

    + Subject matter expert for implementation services

    + Subject matter expert on healthcare workflows

    + Creates, promotes, and manages implementation best practices

    + Performs clinical discovery, documentation, workflow assessments, and optimizations

    + Prepares customer admin build design based on communication workflow assessment

    + Ensures product platforms are implemented with emphasis on usage and optimization

    + Reports risks identified during implementation planning and execution to project manager

    + Conducts and assists with the development of product training curriculum

    + Works with customer to establish Go-Live readiness

    + Provides go-live support

    Required Skills, Education and Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred along with a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience

    + Clinical background/experience is required

    + Excellent business process analysis skills are required

    + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

    + Strong motivation & team orientation

    + A desire to learn new skills & technologies

    + Highly organized with attention to detail, execution and follow-through

    + Ability to work on multiple ongoing projects

    + Experience with MS Office suite

    + Ability to meet travel requirements of ~50%
