    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Liquidation and Research Clerk to join our client's team in Austin, TX. This position provides operational support to Asset Management and Assistance Center (AMAC) through a combination of administrative and technical duties. The role involves supporting all phases of the liquidation process and communicating both in writing and verbally with stakeholders to address questions and concerns.

     

    This position requires a self-motivated individual with a team mindset and a desire to learn. Interested applicants must be willing to work onsite Monday - Friday. This role requires ability to clear a public trust background investigation.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Utilizing advanced computer systems and various software applications to retrieve and analyze data.

     

    Compile, tabulate, and track data to monitor progress of all aspects of the liquidation process. Prepares a variety of internal and external reporting of operational statistics.

     

    Assessing data for quality assurance.

     

    Assisting with incoming communications (emails, hard copy mail, and phone calls), tracking and logging, and preparing appropriate responsive correspondence.

     

    Records management to include scanning documents, organizing and maintaining records, responding to requests, and retention.

     

    Analyzing credit union records to ensure the accuracy of account transactions. Assists in reconciliation of member accounts, bank accounts, investments, etc.

     

    Compensation: 17-20/hour.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    - Strong technical experience (Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 apps, database management, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.)

     

    - Banking, credit union, accounting/finance exposure

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    - Strong customer service and professional phone presence

     

    - Time-management skills, including ability to plan and prioritize assignments, and being both flexible and dependable

     

    - Attention to detail and ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate information in order to impartially analyze facts, draw conclusions and make decisions

     

    - Must be able to lift boxes (up to approximately 25lbs.)

     

    - High school diploma/GED required - Power BI

     

    - Previous experience working at a bank or credit union in an administrative or operational role (e.g. teller, data entry, customer account support, etc.)

    - Active Public Trust Clearance null
