**Job Title:** HR Project Manager
**Location:** San Jose, CA
Pay Range: UP to $85 per hour

HR/HRIS Project Manager (Contract)
Company has made the decision to implement the Workday Learning Management System.
The LMS will be used by several departments, each with specific needs and expectations, including for some the need to open the portal to customers and other external stakeholders.
Looking for an experienced project manager to manage the implementation of the Learning Management System.
+ Perform the full range of project management cycle within designated timeline and budget: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing
+ Manage stakeholder engagement that may be affected by changes to business processes, policies, and procedures related to the project implementation.
+ Work with cross-functional team of stakeholders with different and possibly competing specifications and expectations to complete the business specifications
+ Facilitate discussions and negotiations to drive recommendations and consensus on the final specs
+ Give input on content decisions and subject matter expertise
+ Develop and help execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to project scope and stakeholders; orchestrate and lead change management methodologies underlying project success
+ Prepare and submit project documentation such as client proposals, progress reports, or other contractual requirements.
+ Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to keep the program on track
+ Lead the project management cycle for a team comprised of:
+ Representatives of all departments that will be using the system: manufacturing, legal, service, IT and HR
+ One internal Workday Architect in charge of all configurations
+ Head of HR Operations responsible for project completion
Qualifications:
+ 8 years of experience in a learning and development role, including experience with implementing L&D programs
+ 6 years experience leading Project Management for cross-functional projects with ability to speak to successful outcomes
+ Experience successfully managing HR and cross-functional projects required
+ Workday projects experience extremely desirable
+ Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address issues as they arise and keep the program on track.
+ PMP Certification
+ Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
