Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Customer Delivery Architect to join their team. As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will be part of the Customer Experience team supporting various key partners. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Delivery Architect

Pay Range: 85-90 Pay Rate W2

What's the Job?

+ Drive project initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

+ Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

+ Provide expert guidance on security, networking, routing, and switching.

+ Engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose effective solutions.

+ Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with customers.

What's Needed?

+ 10 years of relevant experience in customer roles, particularly in technical delivery or IT.

+ BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

+ Experience with Cisco technologies and methodologies.

+ Strong crisis management skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.

+ Excellent communication and consulting skills to build productive collaborations.

+ Technical Skills: Network/Security, Wireless Security, ICE, Routing/Switching; Firewalls
